Field Sales Executive

Direct Sales profile into B2B market (Field Sales)
- Lead will be provided by the company & also have to generate leads through cold calls
- Complete 30 to 45 on-field meetings in a day
- Meeting assigned sales
- **To generate leads from given database & Identify decision makers within**:
- targeted leadsand initiate the sales process.
- To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate sales opportunities for the
company's products and services.
- To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on
daily basis.to time-bound closure.
- To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch
- To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company's payment terms.
- Closing the lead & revenue collection
- Login sales as per the prescribed format as instructed by reporting manager
- Sending Daily sales report to the manager in the respective group.
- Able to maintain relationship with existing customers and able to retain them
- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
- Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence.
- Build sales culture and sale centric atmosphere among the team members.
- Maintain contacts with financial center personnel, professionals and personal contacts to build referrals.Responsible for achievement of targets, acquisition of merchants/channel partners with daily / monthly targets. Able to do field work Sales, Marketing, Field WorKComplete field work
