Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an E-commerce Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our online shoppers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be essential to succeed in this position.

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Assist customers in navigating our website, guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as logistics and technical support, to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, policies, and processes to provide accurate assistance.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company guidelines.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to improve our processes.
- Document customer interactions and feedback, and escalate complex issues to higher levels when necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce customer support.

**Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically.
- Empathetic and patient attitude when dealing with customer concerns.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and procedures.
- Fluency in additional languages may be a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
