Are you looking to join a collaborative and engaging Reward function?
In this role, you’ll support two Senior Reward Advisors, and get involved with Compensation, Payroll and Benefits.
This is a hybrid role, working from either the Cheltenham or Bristol office for 2 days and from where you choose the rest This opportunity is initially a 12-month FTC.
You need excellent attention to detail, accuracy when manipulating data, strong communication skills and a positive ‘can do’ attitude are essential, along with the ability to work Excel comfortably.
With heaps of exciting projects coming up within the Reward space and the wider HR team, this is a fantastic opportunity to support a specialist function and deepen your understanding of Reward activities and initiatives.
