Hiring for CS Fresher
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Corporate Laws and Regulations: Engage in comprehensive training sessions to develop a strong understanding of corporate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the organization and its industry.
Corporate Governance Support: Assist the company secretary or legal team in providing support for corporate governance matters, including preparing and maintaining statutory records, drafting resolutions, and handling compliance documentation.
Board and Committee Meetings: Participate in the preparation of agendas, minutes, and other documentation for board meetings, committee meetings, and general meetings of the company.
Compliance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, such as filing of annual returns, maintaining registers, and updating necessary records with regulatory authorities.
Communication and Correspondence: Assist in handling internal and external communications related to corporate matters, including communication with shareholders, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
Company Law Research: Conduct research on company law issues and provide inputs to the company secretary or legal team as required.
Record-Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company-related documents, contracts, and legal agreements.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and other departments, to gather necessary information and support various corporate initiatives.
Professional Development: Take the initiative to enhance knowledge of corporate laws and secretarial practices by seeking opportunities for self-learning and growth within the field.
Required Qualifications:
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and handle company-related correspondence.
- Ethical Conduct: High ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to the corporate environment and work as part of a team.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
