As a Sales Assistant in our real estate company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring a seamless sales process for our clients. You will assist in various sales-related activities, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our real estate transactions.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone. Provide prompt and courteous responses to inquiries, schedule property viewings, and assist in addressing client concerns or questions. Maintain a high level of professionalism and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Sales Documentation: Assist in the preparation and organization of sales documentation, including property listings, contracts, and agreements. Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in our databases and systems. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely completion of paperwork and compliance with legal and company requirements.

Property Research: Conduct research on properties, including market analysis, property valuations, and comparative sales. Assist in gathering relevant property information to support sales presentations and client consultations. Stay updated on current real estate market trends and property listings.

Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and online listings. Assist in organizing open houses, property showcases, and other promotional events. Contribute to social media campaigns and online advertising efforts to maximize property exposure.

Administrative Tasks: Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, calendar management, and data entry. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property showings, and sales activities. Assist in coordinating meetings and follow-up communications with clients and other stakeholders.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals. Foster a customer-centric approach by actively listening to client needs, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring client satisfaction. Continuously strive to exceed client expectations and promote long-term client loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or business is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales documentation.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
