**Job Title**: L2 System Administrator

**Location**: [Hyderabad]

**Experience**: 4 Years

**CTC**: ₹5 LPA to ₹6.5 LPA (Depending on Experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Server Management**: Install, configure, and manage **Windows and Linux servers** including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, etc.
- **System Administration**: Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in **Active Directory**.
- **Network Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve network issues related to LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall.
- **Backup & Recovery**: Implement and manage data backup solutions, system recovery, and disaster recovery plans.
- **Hardware & Software Support**: Provide advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
- **Patch Management**: Install and manage operating system updates, patches, and security upgrades.
- **Monitoring & Performance Optimization**: Monitor system performance, uptime, and server health. Optimize system configurations to ensure smooth performance.
- **Virtualization**: Manage and maintain **VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms**.
- **Security Management**: Configure and manage antivirus, firewalls, and endpoint security solutions.
- **Ticket Handling**: Work on L2-level tickets and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
- **Documentation**: Maintain and update system configurations, network diagrams, and asset inventory.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong experience with **Windows Server 2016/2019, Linux Servers (Ubuntu/CentOS)**.
- Hands-on experience in **Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy** management.
- Knowledge of **network configurations (IP, VLAN, Firewall, VPN)**.
- Experience in **backup and recovery solutions** like Veeam, Acronis, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with **Office 365, Outlook, and Exchange Server**.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in working with **virtualized environments (VMware/Hyper-V)**.
- Knowledge of network security, firewall configuration, and endpoint security.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **ITIL framework** or **ticketing systems (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, etc.)**.
- Exposure to **cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)**.
- Understanding of **PowerShell scripting** for automating tasks.
- Familiarity with backup solutions like **Acronis, Veeam, or Windows Backup**.

**Qualification**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science** or related field.
- **Relevant certifications** like **MCSA, MCSE, RHCSA, CCNA, or VCP** are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
