- **Clinical Skills**: Nurses are responsible for performing clinical procedures, such as starting IVs, dressing wounds, and collecting samples for lab testing. They need to stay up-to-date with the latest medical practices and equipment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Nurses work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and administrative staff, to coordinate care and ensure the best outcomes for patients.
