Job Title: Reservation Executive
Department: Front Office/Reservations
Reports to: Assistant Manager/Manager - Reservations
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of room availability, rates, and guest information
- Process room assignments and prepare registration cards
- Coordinate with other departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, etc.) to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets
- Stay up-to-date with hotel promotions, packages, and services
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive guest information with discretion
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in hotel software (e.g., PMS, CRS) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
Working Conditions:
- Work in a fast-paced office environment
- Sit for extended periods and use computer equipment
- May require overtime, weekends, and holidays
