**Job description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**UAE Visa Typing**:Accurately and efficiently handle UAE visa typing for our clients.
Stay updated with the latest visa regulations and requirements.
**Excel Knowledge**:Proficiently use Microsoft Excel to manage data, create reports, and assist with financial tracking.
Prepare and update spreadsheets and reports as required.
**Operations Support**:Assist in the coordination and execution of day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
**Document Management**:Maintain and organize company documents, records, and files.
Ensure documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
**Client Relations**:Provide friendly and professional assistance to clients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
Ensure clients receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
**General Administrative Tasks**:Perform various administrative duties as assigned by management.
Assist with office supply management and other office-related tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Excellent typing skills, especially in UAE visa typing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive problem solver.
- UAE experience and knowledge of local regulations is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
