**Company Description**
**Role Description**
This is a full-time role for an Admin Executive located on-site in Kochi. The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating a wide range of administrative tasks, such as managing office supplies and inventory, processing invoices and expense reports, maintaining files and records, and managing department schedules.
**Qualifications**
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, administrative coordinator, or similar role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multi-functional projects
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration or related field preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
High degree of professionalism, ethics and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
