We are seeking highly motivated and persuasive Education Counselors to join our organization. As an Education Counselor, your primary objective will be to convince students to enroll in our academy and embark on an exciting journey of learning foreign languages. You will play a pivotal role in imparting knowledge and guiding students to understand the route to take to learn a new language and the advantages our academy offers in achieving their language learning goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide knowledge on foreign language learning, emphasizing practical, academic, and career opportunities.
- Responsible for the entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counselling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output.
- Showcase the strengths of our language programs, including experienced faculty, comprehensive curriculum, and immersive learning techniques and other USPs.
- Persuasively present the value and return on investment of acquiring foreign language skills.
- Handling Financial negotiations and handling grievances, if any, from Leads to build confidence in our academy's offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to attract new students and increase enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment details, ensuring data protection via CRM Software.
- Quality check and student feedback to contribute to the enhancement of language programs.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in student recruitment, counseling, or sales, preferably in the education or language learning industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and their families.
- Results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexible schedule, with the willingness to work from office or weekends to accommodate prospective students' availability.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using educational software, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.

Education: Bachelor's (required)

Language: English (required)

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
