**Position Summary**:
As a Dietary Coach, you will work directly with clients to help them understand and implement healthy eating habits and balanced nutrition plans. You will assess their dietary needs, design personalized nutrition programs, and provide ongoing support to help them reach their health objectives. This role requires in-depth knowledge of nutrition science, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire individuals to make positive lifestyle changes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Assessment & Nutrition Planning**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' dietary habits, nutritional needs, and health goals.
- Develop personalized meal plans and nutritional strategies that cater to individual client needs, including weight management, chronic disease prevention, and overall wellness.
- Provide education on healthy eating habits, portion control, and nutrient-rich food choices.
- **Coaching & Client Support**:

- Offer one-on-one or group coaching sessions to guide clients through their nutritional journeys.
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans to ensure success.
- Provide ongoing encouragement, support, and accountability to clients, helping them overcome challenges and stay on track with their goals.
- **Educational Outreach & Workshops**:

- Conduct workshops, webinars, and seminars on topics such as nutrition fundamentals, meal prep, healthy eating habits, and special dietary needs (e.g., plant-based diets, diabetic-friendly diets).
- Keep clients informed about the latest trends in nutrition and provide evidence-based advice on food choices and diet management.
- **Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Work closely with other healthcare professionals (e.g., wellness coaches, physiotherapists, counselors) to provide comprehensive wellness programs.
- Maintain detailed client records and progress reports to ensure continuity of care and the best outcomes for clients.
- **Program Development**:

- Contribute to the creation and development of Vibes Healthcare's dietary and nutrition programs.
- Participate in the design of group challenges, meal prep guides, and nutrition-related content for Vibes Healthcare’s wellness platform.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), or equivalent.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in a role focused on nutrition counseling, dietary coaching, or health and wellness.
- Proven experience in creating and implementing personalized nutrition plans.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of nutritional science, meal planning, and dietary guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate clients.
- Ability to translate complex nutritional concepts into simple, actionable advice.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in monitoring client progress and outcomes.
- Proficient in using health and nutrition tracking software or apps to monitor client success.
