**Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identify sales opportunities.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Upselling products and services, completing transactions, and meeting sales targets.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely that align with customer needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation or a bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
- 2-3 years of proven experience.
- Good listening and communication skills with expertise in handling high call volumes efficiently.
- Good understanding of cloud-based services and products.
- Ability to multitask, and meet sales targets within deadline.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (required)
- Pre-sales: 1 year (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:
