- In this role, you are expected to be an independent worker who demonstrates ownership of responsibilities, self-reliance, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to perform efficient and accurate post audits of closed and written-off deductions, identifying opportunities for recovery of invalid deductions, which will contribute to the organization’s revenue growth. You will work closely with your supervisor and independently to perform root cause analysis and share documented findings._

- Responsibilities_
- _Follow established policies & procedures as laid out in SOPs and other relevant process documents._
- _Areas of operation -_
- o Deductions management (Claims / Dispute)_
- o Contract management_
- o Order entry & exception management_
- _Support month-end close activities_
- _Deductions SME_
- o Extract documentation for deductions including backup, remittances, proof of deliveries, and other required items._
- o Identify and convert new recovery opportunities through historical customer behaviors on invalid deductions following SOPs, deduction reason coding, and trends._
- o Leverage appropriate advanced and sophisticated methods and approaches to cleanse, synthesize, visualize, and investigate data as appropriate to deliver analytical recommendations aligned with the business need._
- o Engage supervisor and client as required to resolve complex issues._
- _Willing to work in US shifts and follow US calendar for Holidays._
- _Client management_
- _Leverage appropriate advanced and sophisticated methods and approaches to cleanse, synthesize, visualize, and investigate data as appropriate to deliver analytical recommendations aligned with the business need._
- _Engage supervisor and client as required to resolve complex issues - E.g. Sales interactions for trade deductions to resolve escalated items, Approvals for contract / promo creations, Pricing approvals for order exceptions etc_
- Minimum Qualification:_
- _Bachelor or Graduate degree_
- _Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word._
- _Relevant years of experience in the following areas of operation (Deductions, Contract, Order Mgmt)_
- _Must be self-reliant, resourceful, and proactive in approaching tasks._
- _Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data._
- _Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities_

- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Exposure to (SAP / Oracle / Salesforce / TPM)_
- o Experience in Trade or Non-Trade deductions for Trade Management, OR_
- o Order Entry or Fulfilment experience for Order Management, OR_
- o Contract review & Entry experience for Contract Management_

- _Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines._
- _Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment._
- _Ability to multi-task and prioritize items with specific time constraints._
- _Client-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to internal and external client requests._
- _Willing to work in US shifts and follow US calendar for Holidays._
