Inviting applications for the role of Order to Cash Assistant Manager focusing on the German market, offering remote work from Romania.

Responsibilities:

• Follow established policies and procedures outlined in SOPs and other relevant process documents.
• Areas of operation include: Deductions management (Claims/Dispute), Contract management, Order entry, and exception management.
• Support month-end close activities.
• Act as a subject matter expert in deductions, extracting necessary documentation, identifying new recovery opportunities, and conducting root cause analysis.
• Utilize advanced methods to analyze data, provide insights, and engage with stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Willingness to work in US shifts and align with the US calendar for Holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to manage clients effectively and resolve issues promptly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Graduate degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Relevant experience in Deductions, Contract, and Order Management.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or TPM.
• Knowledge of trade and non-trade deductions with interlinkages across Order to Cash processes.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, work collaboratively, and prioritize effectively.
• Client-focused mindset and readiness to adapt to US shifts and holidays.
