**Sales Representative Job Description**
As a Sales Representative at Musiclancer, you will be responsible for understanding the array of services we offer and utilizing that knowledge to engage potential customers, driving sales. Your role will involve connecting with clients, making cold calls, following up on leads, conducting negotiations, and guiding customers through the process until they are fully onboarded. Maintaining accurate records of sales conversations and collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth customer journey is key to this position.
**Sales Representative Responsibilities**:
- Engage with new and current customers to identify their needs and preferences.
- Reach out to leads from social media platforms and personal references to convert them into clients.
- Highlight the unique aspects of Musiclancer’s platform, including our curriculum and instructors.
- Provide detailed answers regarding our teaching methods and certified trainers.
- Reconnect with inactive, unqualified, or previously uncontacted customers to reignite their interest.
- Conduct follow-up discussions with customers after trial sessions to discuss pricing packages.
- Negotiate pricing and develop customized package options based on customer requirements.
- Work closely with team members from support, success, and sales departments to ensure seamless onboarding.

- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

- Confidence and persuasive skills necessary to excel in cold calling and lead conversion.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and manage extended communication periods when required.
