**What your impact will be**:

- Assist in the maintenance of the Contract Management system
- Assistance in review of legal contracts especially Vendor Agreements, NDA, Consultant Agreements, and assignment of work to the correct team member
- Assisting negotiations with both internal and external users, through tracking progress and workflow
- Communicating with internal business partners about administrative requests and the status of contracts
- Demonstrate professionalism and high standards of excellence in work product.
- Resourceful team player with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Flexibility to take on new responsibilities should the legal department's needs change

**What you'll bring**:

- **3-6 years** in corporate legal departments as in-house counsel, law firms, or other legal professional services firms.
- **LL.B (Bachelor of Law)** degree from reputed university (**Mandatory**)
- Proven ability to read and interpret a variety of legal contract types especially Vendor Agreements, NDA, Consultant Agreements,
- Hands on experience with Contract management system along with GSuite/MS Office and reporting
- Quick learner and ability to grasp and adopt within the system
- Ability to work in a high growth environment under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, manage time and accept changing priorities
- Team player with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, and an orientation towards learning and accepting intellectual challenges.
