What your impact will be:

  • Assist in the maintenance of the Contract Management system
  • Assistance in review of legal contracts especially Vendor Agreements, NDA, Consultant Agreements, and assignment of work to the correct team member
  • Assisting negotiations with both internal and external users, through tracking progress and workflow
  • Communicating with internal business partners about administrative requests and the status of contracts
  • Demonstrate professionalism and high standards of excellence in work product.
  • Resourceful team player with the ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Flexibility to take on new responsibilities should the legal department's needs change

What you'll bring:

-
3-6 years in corporate legal departments as in-house counsel, law firms, or other legal professional services firms.
-
LL.B (Bachelor of Law) degree from reputed university (
Mandatory)

  • Proven ability to read and interpret a variety of legal contract types especially Vendor Agreements, NDA, Consultant Agreements,
  • Hands on experience with Contract management system along with GSuite/MS Office and reporting
  • Quick learner and ability to grasp and adopt within the system
  • Ability to work in a high growth environment under tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, manage time and accept changing priorities
  • Team player with excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills, and an orientation towards learning and accepting intellectual challenges.
