**Title**: Content Creator, Graphic designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the lead generation team's objectives to support lead generation, conversion, nurturing, and referral creation efforts.
- Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey, including blog posts, articles, case studies, whitepapers, E - Books, infographics, videos, and social media posts, video Editing, Poster Designing.
- Collaborate with the lead generation team to create content that attracts and captures leads, including landing page copy, ad headlines, and lead magnets.
- Develop content assets designed to facilitate conversion, such as persuasive sales copy, customer testimonials, and product/service demonstrations.
- Create content sequences and drip campaigns aimed at nurturing leads and guiding them through the buyer's journey, addressing common questions and objections.
- Develop content assets and referral programs to encourage satisfied customers to refer new leads to the business, including referral incentives, landing pages, and shareable content.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to distribute content across various channels, optimizing distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor the performance of content initiatives using analytics tools and metrics, using data insights to refine content strategies and optimize performance over time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in content creation roles, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, engaging content across different formats and platforms.
- Knowledge of content marketing best practices, including SEO, content optimization, and distribution strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive content strategy and optimization.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and communicating complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
