**Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Precreation**:

- Conduct thorough research to identify potential tender opportunities in the pest control and fumigation sectors, including GeM.
- Review tender documentation, analyze requirements, and identify key deliverables.
- Collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders to gather essential information for tender responses.
- Prepare tender templates, ensuring compliance with the tendering guidelines and regulations, including those specific to GeM.
- Customize tender responses to address the specific requirements of each opportunity, considering GeM guidelines if applicable.
- Compile comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, pricing, and supporting materials, to enhance the tender submission.

**2. Tender Submission**:

- Manage the tender submission process, adhering to all deadlines and submission guidelines, including those specific to GeM.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of tender responses, following GeM guidelines if relevant.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required information and resolve any queries or clarifications.
- Prepare and present tender submissions to the management for review and approval.
- Maintain a comprehensive record of all submitted tenders and related correspondence, including those submitted through GeM.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop winning strategies for tender submissions, including GeM bids.

**3. Tender Planning and Strategy**:

- Develop a strategic approach for tendering, considering market trends, competitor analysis, customer requirements, and GeM guidelines if applicable.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the tendering process, including GeM-related optimizations.
- Analyze feedback from unsuccessful tenders to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to pest control and fumigation tenders, including GeM processes.

**Requirements**:
**4. Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Pest Control, or related discipline) is preferred.
- Proven experience in tender preparation and submission, specifically in the pest control and fumigation industry.
- Familiarity with the tendering process, documentation requirements, and industry-specific regulations is essential.
- Knowledge of pest control and fumigation procedures, best practices, and industry standards.
- Understanding of GeM (Government e-Marketplace) guidelines and processes is required.

**5. Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex tender requirements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficient in using productivity tools, such as MS Office Suite, to create professional tender documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tender submissions simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and find innovative solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
