**Job Title**: Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner

Aruna Holdings is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner in efficiently managing the operations and administrative tasks of the company. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth execution of various responsibilities, including but not limited to secretarial tasks, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and general administrative support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, answering phones, organizing office supplies, etc.
- Prepare and edit letters, correspondence, presentations, and reports for internal and external distribution.
- Identify and contact vendors and stakeholders as needed, maintaining professional communication.
- Coordinate and follow-up with external stakeholders including vendors, brokers, agents, liaisons, and others.
- Coordinate and follow-up with internal stakeholders including the accountant and auditor.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or commerce, or related fields.
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
