We are hiring a

Chief Business officer (CBO) for Kokos Artificial Intelligence pvt ltd, an EduTech startup focusing on school curriculum based AI & Robotics education / training.

His job responsibilities will include the following:
Strategic Planning: The CBO collaborates with the executive team to develop the company's long-term strategic plans, setting goals and objectives for growth and profitability. They analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.

Business Development: The CBO leads the business development efforts, identifying and evaluating potential partnerships, acquisitions, and strategic alliances. They negotiate and structure deals to expand the company's market reach, enhance product offerings, or enter new markets.

Revenue Generation: The CBO is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets. They work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies, pricing models, and marketing campaigns. They monitor sales performance, analyze financial data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue streams.

Strategic Partnerships: The CBO identifies and establishes strategic partnerships with other organizations, such as suppliers, distributors, or technology providers. They negotiate partnership agreements, manage relationships, and leverage collaborations to drive growth and competitive advantage.

Leadership and Team Management: The CBO provides strong leadership, guiding and inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. They attract and retain top talent, foster a positive work culture, and promote collaboration and innovation within the organization.

Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: The CBO stays updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. They conduct market research, analyze data, and gather competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.

Skills / Traits / Commitment required
- Excellent communication skills in English & knowledge of local languages are a plus.
- High sense of urgency to achieve revenue goals. Experience in Edutech companies is good to have.
- Hands-on learner and doer in implementing Go to Market strategy.
- Customer-centricity and 24/7 attitude in customer service.
- Capability to work autonomously.
- Conduct/schedule client meetings, develop quotations, Execute & negotiate contracts, oversee payroll, follow-up payments, and manage profitability.
- Provide direction to management and stakeholders while motivating and interacting with employees to achieve continuous improvement.

About you:

- Experience: 8+ Years
- Ambitious, confident and results-driven;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and an excellent team spirit;
- Self-motivated with a willingness to accept responsibility, complete missions and work autonomously;
- Highly organised with an acute attention to detail;
- Entrepreneurial spirit;
- Fluent English is required.
- Experience in Education or Technology industries is highly preferred

Education qualifications:

- MBA in Finance / Sales and Marketing ---- Desirable
- Bcom and Relevent exp..

Location: Bombay, Poona, Nagpur, Hyderabad

Compensation : As per industry standard.

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
