Duties

The American Center Programs Associate works under the direct supervision of the American Center Director and has no supervisory responsibilities. Conducts daily engagement with the American Center public and maintains membership databases. Prepares information and media products that highlight American Center resources and provides logístical support for resources-focused activities. Maintains the American Center’s physical design and presentation. Maintains and circulates the American Center calendar. Liaises with the Strategic Content Coordination Unit on matters
related to digital media and promotion. Receives, maintains, and manages the circulation and inventory of American Center resources and collections.

Qualifications and Evaluations

**Requirements**:
EXPERIENCE: This position requires a minimum of two years progressively responsible experience in a multilingual or multinational working environment, where interaction with the public or equipment operations, delivery, warehousing, and inventory are significant components of the job.

**Education Requirements**:
Mandatory: Two years of full college studies is required.

**Evaluations**:

LANGUAGE: Level 3 (Good) Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required.
Option A: Level 4 (Fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing Tamil is required; OR,
Option B: Level 4 (Fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing Malayalam is required; OR,
Option C: Level 4 (Fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing Kannada is required.
