The Sales Intern (Calls) for Coworking Space is responsible for generating leads and driving sales through outbound calling activities. This role involves contacting potential customers, introducing them to the coworking space's offerings, and persuading them to schedule tours or sign up for membership. The Sales Intern should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and qualify prospects.
Research and identify target markets and industries to focus on for lead generation.
Utilize CRM tools and databases to maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective calling scripts and strategies.

Customer Outreach and Engagement:Initiate phone conversations with potential customers to introduce the coworking space's features, benefits, and membership options.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their workspace requirements and address any questions or concerns.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of the coworking space and tailor the pitch to align with each prospect's needs.

Relationship Building and Follow-up:Build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
Maintain regular contact with prospects to stay top-of-mind and encourage conversion to membership.

Sales Metrics and Reporting:Track and record all prospect interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as calls made, leads generated, appointments set, and conversions.
Provide regular updates and feedback to the sales team on call outcomes and customer insights.

Collaboration and Team Support:Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, provide assistance, and contribute to overall sales strategies.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
