Front Desk Executive

**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Mon - Fri)
**Saturday**: 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Your responsibilities include ensuring the front desk welcomes guests positively and executing all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintain security and telecommunications systems.
- Provide visitors with an appropriate answer to all their inquiries.
- The answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls as necessary.
- Maintain employee and department directories.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material. And keeping a log of inventory and ensuring to purchase it timely.
- Attend to the CEO as per his requirements.
- Manage travel & bookings as well as payments as per the requirements of the CEO.
- Vendor management for everything around the office. Must build and maintain a directory.
- Expense Management, preparing vouchers & coordination with Accounts team.
- Assist HR in activities and celebrations.. coordinating with vendors and prepping for events.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, sorting & arranging.
**Must Have**:
Good communication skills; both verbal & written
Must have multi-tasking skills and smart enough to prioritize tasks in a day
Most importantly, have a positive & pleasant vibe and a smile throughout the day.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
