We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Commission-based Sales Representative for our Website Development services. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and secure new clients for our website development projects. This is a commission-based position with no fixed salary, allowing you to earn unlimited income based on your sales performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients in need of website development services.
- Engage with prospects through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
- Present our website development offerings and explain the benefits and value they bring to clients.
- Understand client requirements and tailor our solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with our technical team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project initiation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and generate referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies related to website development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry or website development field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to identify and pursue potential leads, with a track record of successful sales closures.
- Familiarity with website development technologies and an understanding of the digital landscape.
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
