**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Listing**:
- Create and manage product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings for SEO and customer engagement.
- **Order Processing**:
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock information as needed.
- **Customer Support**:
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information and assistance to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- **Seller Support**:
- Assist sellers with onboarding, product listing, and account management.
- Address seller queries and concerns, providing solutions and support to improve their selling experience.
- Monitor seller performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in e-commerce product listing, order processing, and customer support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the FMCG sector or a similar industry.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for product listings.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and CRM software.
