E-commerce Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Executive to join our team. The E-commerce Executive will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our online sales strategies. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of our e-commerce operations to ensure growth, profitability, and an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy:Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to meet sales and profitability targets.
Identify market trends and opportunities to drive business growth.
Analyze competitors and recommend strategies to stay competitive in the online marketplace.
Website Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website.
Ensure website content, product listings, and pricing are accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with web developers to enhance the website's user experience.
Product Management:Manage product catalog, including product selection, pricing, and promotions.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product procurement and inventory management.
Implement effective merchandising and categorization strategies.
Customer Experience:Monitor and improve the online shopping experience, including navigation and checkout processes.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Implement strategies to boost customer retention and loyalty.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts to optimize ROI.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align online and offline marketing strategies.
Data Analysis:Utilize analytics tools to assess website performance, customer behavior, and sales trends.
Generate reports and actionable insights to make data-driven decisions.
A/B test website changes and marketing campaigns for continuous improvement.
Payment and Security:Ensure secure payment processing and customer data protection.
Stay updated on e-commerce industry regulations and standards.
Implement fraud prevention measures to safeguard transactions.
Team Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, customer support, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
Train and supervise e-commerce staff as necessary.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
