CEO - Commercial Vehicle Sales (Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh)

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve revenue targets for commercial vehicle sales in Lucknow and across Uttar Pradesh.
- **Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to increase sales penetration and market presence in the commercial vehicle segment.
- **Sales Management**: Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring effective sales strategies, customer engagement, and pipeline management.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, fleet operators, dealers, and other stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and opportunities for product differentiation.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Streamline sales processes, systems, and workflows to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.
- **Team Development**: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, optimizing resources and expenditures to achieve desired business outcomes.
- **Compliance and Ethics**: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing commercial vehicle sales operations, as well as adherence to company policies and procedures.
- **Reporting and Communication**: Provide regular reports, updates, and insights to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry, with extensive experience in handling mass business operations.
- Strong understanding of commercial vehicle market dynamics, industry trends, and customer requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, develop actionable plans, and make data-driven decisions.
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on driving business performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, dealers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing large sales teams and delivering measurable results in a dynamic and competitive business environment.
- Willingness to travel within Uttar Pradesh and occasionally to other regions for business meetings, customer visits, and industry events.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical business practices.
