Hyderabad, India IHSC International Hair & Skin Care Full time

As a Customer Care Executive, you will address client inquiries, provide support throughout their hair restoration journey, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.

3. Provide detailed information about our hair transplant and beauty services, products, and procedures.

4. Assist clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating with the appropriate Doctor.

5. Actively listen to client concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant team members.

6. Maintain accurate client records, including contact information, appointments, and service details.

7. Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any post-service concerns.

8. Collaborate with the Medical team to ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish.

9. Handle client complaints or conflicts with empathy and professionalism, striving for effective resolution.

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and services to provide clients with accurate information.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Graduate in any discipline/diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Customer Care Executive or in a similar customer service role within the hair and beauty industry.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple client interactions and administrative tasks.

5. Knowledge of hair and beauty treatments, procedures, and products is desirable.

6. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and basic computer skills.

7. Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure when dealing with demanding or upset clients.

8. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

9. Flexibility to work in a dynamic Hair and Dermatology Clinic environment, including weekends and evenings if required.

10. A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a genuine desire to help clients look and feel their best.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
