- Maintain meticulous records of outstanding receivables.
- Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for auditing and tax purposes
- Protect businesses against unintentional under booking of sales
- Practice effective monitoring to ensure receivables are received from the clients in a timely manner
- Extracting reports form the system verifying the same and keeping the records

Day-to-Day Duties
- Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving approvals
- Type periodic reports and other records
- Obtain proper information and/or data regarding sales.
