**Position**:Export Sales Executive - Luxury Vinyl Tiles Division**

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute the export sales strategy for luxury vinyl tiles, ensuring alignment with company goals and targets.

Identify and target potential international markets for expansion, conducting market research and analysis to assess market potential.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new international clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities to increase sales volume and market share.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and marketing, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.

Regularly analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on a regular basis.

Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to showcase products and establish brand presence in international markets.

Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements related to luxury vinyl tiles and building materials.

**Primary Requirements**

**Basic Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in export sales within the building materials industry.

Strong knowledge of luxury vinyl tiles or related building materials is highly desirable.

Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share in international markets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients from different cultures and backgrounds.

Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and partners.

Familiarity with export procedures, documentation, and logistics.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.

Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
