- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, PowerShell, PnP PowerShell).
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Login VSI/Enterprise, JIRA, etc).
- Experience with performance, load, security, and compatibility testing tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and testing.
- Experience in functional testing with different end user endpoints such as Laptops, persistent and non-persistent VDI, Mac OS and Thin Clients.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based testing.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Office 365 or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with security and compliance testing in regulated environments.
