**Full-Time Customer Handling and Shipping Executive**
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Location**:Nirman Nagar, Jaipur (On-site)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the shipping process.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of shipping operations, including order processing, packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and logistics partners to coordinate shipping schedules and resolve any transportation-related issues.
- Monitor shipment statuses, track packages, and update customers on the progress of their orders.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to achieve a positive resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping activities, including documentation, reports, and invoices.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service or shipping operations is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with customers.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate order processing and documentation.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
