We are currently seeking a Siebel EIM to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- _Provide technology design and development expertise and consultation, in the development, integration, launch, scaling, and maintenance of new and existing products and solutions _
- _Promote use of innovative new technology and best practices for solution development initiatives _
- _Provide design directives to junior software developers, including how to construct and integrate software, in order to meet all functional and non-functional requirements _**Essential Job Functions**
- _5+ years strong experience on Siebel EIM, SQL & PLSQL. _
- _Hands on experience in Data Integration and configuration. _
- _Hands on experience in OEDQ Oracle Enterprise Data Quality and ODI - Oracle Data Integrator or Siebel UCM is a plus. _
- _Strong understanding of Siebel Architecture and Siebel Data Model. _
- _Strong understanding of relational database concepts. _
- _Hands on experience on any ETL or ELT tools. _
- _Hands on experience in Siebel configuration and Workflows. _
- _Knowledge on Oracle SOA. _
- _Ability to support and monitor production data loads and real time integrations _
- _Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. _
- _Ability to communicate effectively with business users, managers, peers and project teams, _
- _Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and across multiple initiatives. _
