**_Position Overview _**:

- Vera is seeking a curious and ambitious Intern to join our Systems team. As an intern, the person is expected to primarily focus on daily system admin tasks on our Salesforce and other systems such as User account maintenance, data maintenance, tool maintenance and documentation and assisting the team in smooth running of team operations. The person will assist in System access for team members across the globe and help in maintaining the systems. Collaboration and coordination will be key as this person will closely work with team members across the department to ensure milestones are met. _

**_Primary Responsibilities: _**:

- _User management: setting up user accounts, creating profiles, and providing access across various technology platforms (Salesforce, Jira, Gmail MS Suite, Zoom, etc.) and ways to manage them _
- _Provide assistance to internal users with day-to-day use of Vera’s technology systems (Salesforce, Jira, Gmail, etc.) _
- _Participate in creating and implementing test suites and performing different types of testing _
- _Collaborate with the team for release management tasks _
- _Collaborate with the team for integration of the system with other third party tools _
- _Manage and improve data quality, system integrity, and security by performing regular audits and clean up tasks _
- _Create and maintain internal knowledge articles ie. Admin Guides, User Guides etc. _
- _Proactively identify process or system improvements for various Vera’s systems _
- _Compile reports summarizing research findings and presenting insights to the team _
- _Coordinate and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution _
- _Aid in task completions by assisting team members with any necessary support or resources _

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**_Essential: _**:

- _Basic graduation in any field (no experience required) _
- _Interest/exposure to Salesforce CRM _
- _Strong written and verbal communication skills _
- _Ability to work independently and in a team _
- _Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) _
- _Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment _

**_Compensation & Benefits _**:

- A modest stipend will be provided to help offset cost of living and commuting expenses (if applicable). _

- PTO days are prorated in accordance with your internship agreement and includes local and company-wide holidays. _
