**Job Title**: RSM - Industrial Adhesives - West (MH, Guj, CH)

**Location**:Mumbai

**About the Client**: PSS has been mandated to hire a RSM - Industrial Adhesives (West) for a leader in the Adhesive Industry.

**Job Purpose**: Handle and assist the sales team & achieving their sales and margin targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for setting up and periodically review budget and generate sales revenue as per the goal set for the financial year.
- Responsible for receivables, collection of all statutory requirements like C-forms and control product margins through sales team as per profitability goals set for the financial year
- Responsible for introducing successful HM/IA in target areas as per market needs by taking up development in-house for local production products.
- Work closely with customers and internal team to provide best technical support to customers
- Attend or represent the product show-cases at trade fairs and conferences of interests to business
- Effectively represent the company and ensure the sales team best represents the interests of the company at all times in order to enhance the image of the company and its products thereby ensuring that agreed sales and margin targets are achieved or exceeded within budgeted resource costs.
- Periodical reports on the business on weekly / monthly visits to the management within time frame
- Provide Market intelligence on the business

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Degree: Graduate / Post Graduate in management
- Experience: Sales and Marketing experience of 8- 15 years in Industrial Adhesives
