Position Title: Manager - Sales - Adhesives


Work Location: Head office ,Lower Parel - Mumbai.This position is stationed at Mumbai - HO and area of responsibility will be West and South India.


Position Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to market our Water Based adhesives and Hot melt Adhesives. He/ she will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration for our range of adhesive products. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the adhesive industry, and a proven track record of success in sales management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives for adhesive products.
  • Must be a self-motivated team player to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales and promotional materials.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with customers to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our adhesive products and services.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role within the adhesive industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Deep understanding of adhesive products, applications, and market dynamics.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
