**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
- Provide administrative and sales support for the Sales Team
- Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
- Staying informed about completing products and services
- Upselling products and services
- Researching and qualifying new leads
- Closing sales and achieving sales target

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with key customers and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, with strategic and critical thinking skills, and the ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Highly motivated, with strong enthusiasm
- Proven organization, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Prerequisites**:

- High-speed internet connection
- Laptop with integrated camera & a pair of headphones
- Quiet workspace

**Salary**:To be discussed based on the professional experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday Canadian Time 8 AM to 3.30 PM including 30 minutes break

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Night shift

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
