Cybersecurity In-house Trainer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable cybersecurity professional to join our team as a Cybersecurity In-House Trainer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive cybersecurity training programs to our employees. Your primary focus will be on educating and empowering our workforce to effectively mitigate cyber threats and protect sensitive information.

**Responsibilities**:
Training Program Development: Collaborate with the learning and development team to design and develop cybersecurity training programs tailored to the needs of our organization. Ensure that the content is up-to-date, aligned with industry best practices, and covers a wide range of relevant topics, including network security, data protection, incident response, and security awareness.

Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive cybersecurity training sessions for employees at all levels. Utilize various training methods, such as presentations, workshops, case studies, simulations, and hands-on exercises, to facilitate effective learning. Adapt training techniques to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure maximum knowledge retention.

Content Creation and Maintenance: Create and maintain training materials, including slide decks, handouts, exercises, and online resources. Regularly update the content to reflect the evolving cybersecurity landscape, emerging threats, and new industry regulations.

Cybersecurity Awareness Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to design and execute cybersecurity awareness campaigns across the organization. Develop creative and impactful materials, such as newsletters, posters, and videos, to promote a culture of cybersecurity vigilance and encourage employees to adopt best practices.

Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and feedback mechanisms. Continuously improve the training content and delivery based on the feedback received. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure the training materials remain relevant and effective.

Professional Development: Stay current with the latest cybersecurity technologies, threats, and industry standards. Attend conferences, workshops, and training programs to enhance your own expertise and share knowledge with the team.

**Requirements**:
Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field is preferred. Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity, with a focus on training and education. Experience in developing and delivering cybersecurity training programs is essential.

Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies, including network security, vulnerability assessment, incident response, encryption, secure coding, and cloud security. Familiarity with relevant frameworks and regulations such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI DSS is preferred.

Training Expertise: Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills. Proven ability to engage and educate diverse audiences on complex cybersecurity topics. Experience with instructional design and adult learning principles is highly advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess training needs, identify knowledge gaps, and develop effective training strategies.

Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues in achieving organizational goals.

Continuous Learner: Demonstrated commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
