**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive and hands-on training sessions on offensive security topics.
- Deliver expert lectures and provide practical guidance to participants.
- Develop and update training materials to ensure up-to-date and relevant content.
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and techniques.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance training programs.
- Mentor and guide students during practical exercises and real-world simulations.
- Assess participants' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Periodically travel to conduct training sessions at different locations.
- Accommodation and travel expenses will be covered by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Cyber Security Trainer with expertise in offensive security.
- Strong proficiency in C, C++, Python, and PHP programming languages.
- Relevant certifications such as CEH, OSCP, OSCE, or equivalent are preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
- Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with the latest cybersecurity developments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
