**Job Description: Sales and Telecaller Executive (Loan Department)**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our loan products and services.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling loan products.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights to the team.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a telecaller or sales executive in the financial services industry, preferably in the loan department.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
**Experience : 1 year *minimum**
