TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- 1+ years of industry experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or a similar role. or FRESHER with MBA-Marketing can also apply.
- Bachelor's OR Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Knowledge of Advance Excel.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English Speaking.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Client Servicing:

- Responsible for creating new clients and ensuring seamless on boarding processes.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address their queries, concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Proactively engage in client retention strategies and identify opportunities.
- Continuously search for potential clients and opportunities to expand the client base.

2. Audit & Report Preparation:

- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, performance metrics, and analysis to track progress against targets.
- Conduct periodic audits of client accounts and sales data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Generate insights from data analysis to support decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

3. Training:

- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for the sales team on soft skills, sales techniques, and relevant processes.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and manuals to support ongoing sales training initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of training programs with business objectives and sales strategies.

4. Proposal Making:

- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales collateral for prospective clients.
- Ensure proposals are tailored to meet the specific needs and requirements of each client.

- Rs. 15,000-18,000/- per month + PF / ESIC & Others
