**Job Summary**
- Should have exp in QA/QC function from Residential projects.
- Should have sound knowledge of QA/QC procedures right from initial stage to finishing.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Preparation of QC Process, Check-list, SOP and its strict implementation at the site.
- Ensure all materials and construction works meet the set quality specifications.
- Document, Monitor, Track all the Quality documents and test reports.
- Coordinate and get it done all required QA/QC test and perform as QA/QC inspector.
- Ensure all QC checking at the construction site & its documentation.
- Review Shop drawings and maintaining project as-built drawings.
- Stop work if necessary to resolve matters that affect Quality & Safety.
- Coordination with PMC regarding the QC /QA.
- Reports to Management regarding QC / QA.
- Prepare quality plan, ITP, Work method statements & test formats as per the standard practice. develop and execute a Project Quality Plan appropriate for the Project phase. Monitor and measure effectiveness of the Quality Plan.
- Plan audit schedules, notify auditee, prepare audit checklists, lead or participate in quality & HSE Audits, prepare Audit Reports and follow-up corrective actions and close out.
- Maintain data base of Audits, Corrective Actions, and feedback on Contractor performance. Provide monthly report with NCRs statistics up date.
- Support Project QA/QC Team to ensure that the Project deliverables meet quality targets defined by the Project.
- Implement quality management system including training, audits, NCR management and quality alert processes (When and where required)
- Identify risks related to quality management are identified at site and that mitigation measures are identified and in place.
- Provide input, and monitor Vendors to verify compliance with applicable engineering documents, standards, codes and legislative regulations.
- When required, carry-out routine surveillance, inspections
- Review and approve Supplier / Vendor / construction Quality related document, Quality Plan, ITP and Quality Procedures in timely manner in consultant with discipline engineers.
- Collect quality trend with site Quality Manager / Engineers and report to Project Head for improvement plan if any.
- Able to review and interpret quality records and determine associated compliance with requirements (Performance data, test record, inspection record etc.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per year
