**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor end-to-end recruitment activity
- Study the job description and understand it properly
- Sourcing of resumes as per the requirement
- Searching resumes and profiles through various job portals
- Short-listing, resume evaluation, and phone screening

**About the Job Role**
- Job Title: Recruitment Trainee
- Job Type: Full-Time

- Functional Area: Recruitment, Talent Acquisition
- Shift timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
- 5 days working
- A drop facility will be provided
- One meal facility will be provided

**Qualifications**:

- Graduates from any stream
- Excellent communication skills in English are required
- Communication Skills should be best.
- Willingness to work in night shift.

**Salary**: ₹326,000.00 per year
