Job Responsibilities:
**MATERIAL RECEIPTS**
- Receive all materials as per P.O.s. issued by the Purchase department
- Ensure that the materials are as per the standards specified & duly tested in the Lab.

**MATERIAL ISSUES**
- Ensure all materials are issued as per proper Indents.
- Keep track of returnable gate pass register for materials sent out for repair, maintenance etc.

**SYSTEMS**
- Ensure all relevant entries are passed in the system on time with no errors.
- Ensure Minimum stock of critical items.
- Ensure that all items that have reached re-order levels are ordered.

**INNOVATION**
- To identify one area of Improvement and Implement the same.

**SELF & SUBORDINATE DEVELOPMENT**
- To give on-the - job training to subordinates
- To identify training programs_ for self._
