As the Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and executing effective sales strategies and initiatives to boost our sales and grow our business in Hyderabad.

**Salary**: 25k-30k per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Monitor sales data, identify trends, and seize opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with valuable customers and industry partners
- Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to successful closure
- Track and report sales performance metrics to the management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably in the Real Estate sector
- Strong relationship-building skills with a flair for creating sales opportunities
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
