**Position Title**: Pre-Sales Associate
**Location**: Vaishali nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan
**Company Overview**: Luxora Interiors, a leading provider of bespoke interior design services, is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Tele Caller to join our team. As a Tele Caller at Luxora Interiors, you will play a crucial role in engaging potential customers, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our exceptional services.
As a Pre-Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and assistance throughout the sales process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- **Product Understanding**: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, including their features, functionality, and competitive advantages.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our products/services can address those needs.
- **Solution Presentation**: Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our offerings to potential customers.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical support to the sales team and clients, including answering product-related questions, resolving technical issues, and addressing concerns.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and other sales materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our products/services in the market.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource throughout the sales cycle.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1 year of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or similar role.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software/hardware solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
