Executive B2B Sales

As a Sales Executive specialized in the Food Industry, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales efforts across various segments, including B2B (Business-to-Business), B2C (Business-to-Consumer) and HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, & Cafe’s). You are expected to have commensurate experience in handling FMCG products and categories and will play a pivotal role in building, expanding our customer base, developing strategies, and achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1**. Revenue Generation
- **Effective achievement of Sales targets to increase bottom line of the company.
2. **Market Analysis**:Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior within the B2B, B2C and HORECA segments.
3. **Sales Strategy**:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to each segment, with a focus on maximizing revenue and market share.
4. **Business Development**:Identify and target potential clients and partners in each segment, building and nurturing long-term relationships to expand the customer base.
5. **Customer Engagement**:Collaborate with customers to understand their unique needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
6. **Team Leadership**:Manage a dedicated sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to drive performance and meet sales targets.
7. **Sales Forecasting**:Develop accurate sales forecasts, monitor progress, and make data-driven decisions to adjust strategies as necessary.
8. **Budget Management**:Work closely with the finance department to manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring a positive return on investment.
9. **Reporting**:Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic insights to share with senior management.
10. **Product Knowledge**:Stay updated on the features and benefits of our food products to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 4-5 years of experience in sales management within the food industry, specifically in B2B, B2C and HORECA segments.
- Strong understanding of food industry trends, regulations, and customer preferences.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in sales analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Relevant experience handling FMCG products.
