We are hiring Fresher Field Sales Executives/Associates in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune for Computer Hardware Products.

**Job Summary**: We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our sales team as Fresher Sales Associates for Computer Hardware Products. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our range of computer hardware products to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology, possess strong communication skills in both English and the local language, and are eager to kick-start their career in sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage in product knowledge training to understand the features and benefits of our computer hardware products.
- Initiate and develop relationships with potential customers to identify their hardware needs and requirements.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute sales plans, meeting or exceeding set targets.
- Attend sales meetings, conferences, and events to expand your network and promote our products.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of products to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market developments.
- Continuously work on enhancing your sales and communication skills through training and self-improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive and motivating team environment that fosters growth and achievement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior sales experience is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and the respective state language (e.g., Kannada for Bangalore, Marathi for Mumbai, Telugu for Hyderabad, Marathi for Pune)
- Passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about computer hardware products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, confident, and adaptable to evolving sales strategies.
- A basic understanding of sales techniques and processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
